Job Description: We are seeking a reliable, organized, and adaptable Administrative Assistant to provide essential administrative support to our Clinical and Admissions departments. This role will initially focus on downloading and maintaining patient reports and supporting documentation. The position will evolve to include additional administrative responsibilities and opportunities to support broader departmental and operational needs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working with technology and electronic health records, able to manage confidential information, and willing to learn and take on new responsibilities. Essential Responsibilities

Download, organize, save, and distribute clinical and admissions reports according to established procedures. Maintain accurate electronic files, records, and spreadsheets. Provide general administrative support to clinical and admissions staff. Assist with preparing, formatting, scanning, copying, and filing documents. Help ensure required documentation is complete, accurate, and routed to the appropriate team members. Support communication, data entry, and other administrative processes as needed. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative or healthcare-related training is a plus. Previous administrative, healthcare, admissions, or customer service experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfortable working with computers, email, electronic files, spreadsheets, and online systems. Ability to learn new software and procedures quickly. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Demonstrated discretion when handling confidential information. Reliable, professional, and willing to adapt as priorities change. Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with clinical and admissions teams. Compensation and Benefits
