Role Overview

Apply deep enterprise sales expertise to help an AI lab develop and evaluate AI systems that perform complex, judgment-intensive sales workflows. You will define what strong sales execution looks like by auditing AI workflows, creating expert reference examples, and improving evaluation criteria.

Key Responsibilities

• Review multi-step enterprise sales workflows and assess whether outputs reflect strong seller judgment, identifying gaps and explaining why they matter.
• Complete end-to-end sales tasks, including prospecting, pipeline management, CRM hygiene, reporting, and customer-facing documentation, to create high-quality reference examples for model training.
• Test and refine evaluation rubrics so they distinguish excellent sales execution from average performance.
• Work in realistic test environments that simulate enterprise CRM, communication, and billing workflows.
• Create polished customer-facing pitches, slide decks, and summaries suitable for senior sales leadership.

Qualifications

• Approximately 10 years of hands-on enterprise sales experience and strong knowledge of the full sales cycle.
• A demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding sales quota, with specific examples you can discuss.
• Experience as a quota-carrying individual contributor, sales manager, or VP leading regional or global sales organizations.
• Working fluency with Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office, plus the ability to learn tools such as Slack, HubSpot, Notion, Aircall, Intercom, Zoho, and Microsoft Teams.
• Strong CRM administration, sales process management, pipeline tracking, and data-driven reporting skills.
• Excellent writing and the ability to turn complex situations into clear, professional customer-facing materials.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working within or alongside a two-sided, AI-powered B2B SaaS creator marketplace, including outcome-based campaigns tied to performance targets such as views, engagement, installs, and sign-ups, with real-time tracking and troubleshooting across Zoho CRM, Jira, Confluence, Freshdesk, Microsoft Teams, and Google Workspace.

Work Terms

• Full-time, hourly W-2 employment.
• Fully remote within the United States.
• Opportunity to work with a leading AI lab as part of its extended workforce, in a structured role integrated with internal teams and standard enterprise workflows.

Compensation

• $60 to $90 per hour.
